Quieter Minds specialises in mental wellness programs, including meditation and parenting courses. Our office is located at F/903, Indradhanu Society, Paud Road, Pune – 411038.

3.2 Program Access
Upon successful payment, you will receive access to your enrolled programs through our platform. Access is personal and non-transferable.
Due to the nature of online business, the offer of online products and services are updated and changed often and quickly.
4. User Registration and Accounts

To access our paid programs, you must create an account with accurate and complete information.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Payment Terms
5.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed immediately upon enrollment. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful payment.
5.4 Failed Payments

5.5 Payment Disputes
In the event of non-settlement of obligations by the member or the buyer, the customer may be charged additional costs of overdue notice and default interest, according to applicable law. The customer is obliged to check whether he has received the invoice by e-mail and all folders in the e-mail (Promotions, Spam,…). It is also the client’s duty to notify us of any errors in the invoice via the e-mail. It is the responsibility of the client to repay its obligations for which it has a valid contract for.

In case of problems, the customer can contact the provider via e-mail. The procedure for submitting complaints is possible via e-mail or in writing to the company’s address. The provider undertakes to respond to the complaint within eight working days with a proposal for further consideration of the procedure. The provider strives to do its best to resolve any disputes amicably.
We encourage resolution of disputes through mediation or arbitration before pursuing court proceedings.
15. Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
