Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Quieter Minds, we want you to be completely satisfied with our mental wellness programs. This policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of our paid meditation, parenting, and wellness workshops and programs or any other material available for sale.


2. Refund Eligibility


2.1 Standard Refund Window

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase, provided you meet the eligibility criteria outlined below.


2.2 Eligibility Criteria

You are eligible for a refund if:

  • You have accessed less than 25% of the program content
  • You experience persistent technical issues that prevent program access despite our support efforts
  • The program is cancelled by Quieter Minds
  • You have a medical condition that prevents participation (medical documentation required)


2.3 Refund Processing Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed


3. Non-Refundable Items and Situations


3.1 Non-Refundable Programs

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Programs where you have accessed more than 25% of the content
  • Completed programs or courses
  • Programs accessed beyond the 7-day refund window
  • Digital downloads that have been accessed or downloaded
  • One-time consultation sessions that have been conducted
  • Live workshops: Non refundable, however can allow 1 reschedule without any extra cost
  • Group programs: Non refundable, however can allow 1 reschedule without any extra cost
  • Personalised coaching: Non refundable if not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance


4. Cancellation Policy


4.1 Program Cancellation by Quieter Minds

If we need to cancel a program:

  • You will receive full refund or credit for future programs
  • We will provide at least 24 hours notice (except in emergencies)
  • Alternative dates or similar programs will be offered when possible


4.2 Cancellation by Participants

  • Individual programs: Can be cancelled within the refund window as per Section 2
  • Live sessions: Must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance
  • Group programs: Cancellations not accepted


4.3 Rescheduling Options

  • Live sessions: Can be rescheduled once without charge if cancelled 24 hours in advance
  • Personal consultations: Can be rescheduled once without penalty
  • Group programs: Rescheduling subject to availability and may incur additional charges


5. Refund Request Process


5.1 How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@quieterminds.com with “Refund Request” in the subject line
  2. Include the following information:
    • Your full name and registered email address
    • Program name and purchase date
    • Reason for refund request
    • Any supporting documentation (if applicable)


5.2 Refund Review Process

  • All refund requests will be reviewed within 7 – 10 business days
  • We may contact you for additional information or clarification
  • You will receive written confirmation of our decision


5.3 Appeal Process

If your refund request is denied:

  • You may submit an appeal within 15 days of the decision
  • Include additional documentation or circumstances for reconsideration
  • Full & final decisions will be communicated within 5 business days


6. Partial Refunds

No partial refund will be processed unless under special circumstances.

  • As a special case, the appeal can be reviewed on a case to case basis, and the same can be written to support@quieterminds.com with the subject line – Partial refund.
  • Necessary reasons and documents, if any, to be furnished during the appeal.
  • Quieter Minds reserves the right of a final decision and the same shall be accepted by the individual/ appealer.


7. Credit and Voucher Policy


7.1 Alternative to Refunds

Instead of monetary refunds, we may offer:

  • Program credits valid for 6 months
  • Discount vouchers for future programs
  • Free consultation sessions


7.2 Credit Terms

  • Credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
  • Credits expire 6 months from issue date
  • Credits can be applied to programs of equal or lesser value


8. Special Considerations


8.1 Medical Circumstances

For participants with medical conditions:

  • Medical documentation may be required for refund approval
  • We will work with you to find suitable alternatives
  • Extended refund windows may be considered on a case-by-case basis


8.2 Technical Issues

If technical problems prevent program access:

  • We will first attempt to resolve the issue
  • Refunds available if resolution is not possible within 72 hours
  • Alternative access methods will be explored


8.3 Satisfaction Guarantee

While we cannot guarantee results from our wellness programs:

  • We are committed to providing quality content and support
  • Feedback is welcomed and used to improve our programs
  • Genuine concerns will be addressed promptly


9. Payment Disputes


9.1 Unauthorized Transactions

If you notice unauthorized charges:

  • Contact us immediately at support@quieterminds.com and address the email with the subject line “Unauthorised charges”
  • We will investigate and resolve disputes as quickly as possible
  • Cooperation with payment processors may be required


9.2 Chargeback Policy

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank:

  • Contact our customer service team first
  • Many issues can be resolved directly and quickly
  • Chargebacks may result in account suspension
